I was outside the microbiology room by the locker returning to work after my 15 min break when I turned to walk back to work my foot stayed planted and the rest of my body turning causing my knee to have a popping sensation. I immediately went to sit dow n and ice it as i could no longer support my weight under my knee. I went to the ER [REDACTED] to be checked out.
