What happened
[REDACTED] and I were using the ceiling lift to get a patient from the exam table to his wheelchair. We set him down in his chair but he requested that we pull him back a bit more so his buttocks were against the back of the wheelchair seat. I tried to pull and then we stopped and used the lift to pull him back however I still had to pull him back even with the lift to get him in the correct position. Felt a pull on my R shoulder but it really started to hurt around [REDACTED] [REDACTED].
