I was walking down the Emergency department [REDACTED] towards the break room bathroom area when I slipped right outside [REDACTED] 9. There had apparently been a small puddle of water or something that I did not see and I stepped in it causing me to slip and fal l. I landed weird on my Left foot and felt heard something pop and it started to hurt a bit. EE from lab came out of [REDACTED] after the fact and saw the puddle and asked if I was ok.
