as he shoveled [REDACTED] he pickup a shovel full of [REDACTED] with oil and water and felt something pop in his low back. Hurt some and thought it would get better. When he came in on [REDACTED] he got on the forklift and drove to [REDACTED] area. he got off the forklift and tightened up a couple of drums. As he got back on the forklift a pain shot from his back down to his right knee.
