EE was attempting to remove rail from lock block machine when the clamp piston actuated pinching the tip of the EE 's left pinky finger between the clamp and the wood. The EE reacted by pulling the hand back. The skin of the finger was pulled or pinched off. The EE was wearing cut resistant gloves at the time.
