Worker was walking up the steps on [REDACTED] near [REDACTED] side to go back to his work station which is an inspector on the inside as he was going down the steps worker had his hand placed on the rail going down the steps He missed the 3rd from the last step completely and when he did he grabbed the rail and resulted in a 15inch laceration to his finger which needed medical attention he was then taken to the ER
