What happened
Driver used FL to load bundle on his truck the loaded his TMF to rear of truck trailer. Driver then noticed a small bundle was not straight or flushed along the side of trailer. Employee used his own strength to shove one end of the bundle to flush it up with edge of trailer. Other end of the bundle spun off edge of trailer landing a piece of lumber on his toe employee was wearing proper foot protection this caused employee to fall backwards and onto his left hand which he used to try and catch himself while falling. The driver injured his left hand in doing so.
