Before the incident
EE assisted the patient to ambulate in the hallway. After about 20 feet the patient became dizzy and needed to sit. There was a chair close by and she attempted to assist the patient to the chair. However at that time the patient started to lean forward and EE gently assisted the patient to the floor.
What happened
The EE ended up hitting her R buttock posterior and hamstring on the chair when assisting patient to floor.

A hematoma on her R buttock and R posterior knee along with soreness in those areas.
