[REDACTED] Force Head [REDACTED] Force Shoulder (Left)- EE attempted to turn left into a residential neighborhood from the low entry side. During this turn he lost his grip and stance in the truck and it threw him out of the truck onto the pavement. Upon hitting the pavement he sustained injuries to his shoulders and head. He was taken away via ambulance to [REDACTED] hospital immediately from the scene and was held over night for surveillance. He was admitted on [REDACTED]. Diagnosis is not known at this time. After EE was thrown from the truck the truck proceeded to roll unmanned until it rolled over the raised landscaping bed of Unit 2 slowed hit the garage structure attached to the residence of Unit 2....where it ultimately rested after losing throttle.
