employee was in the air conditioned control room eating. Told his manager he was not feeling well. Manager sent him to HR for evaluation. Employee was given Gatorade and water as well as several bananas and was told to sit in the cool and consume these items. Employee stated he was having chest pains and an ambulance was called. Employee went to the hospital where he was given IV fluids and diagnosed with de-hydration. Employee was released from the hospital and told to go home and hydrate and return to work [REDACTED].
