Before the incident
Member was painting the red stripe across south side of plant. Member advanced into steel offload bay. Member finished the bay wall and stepped towards containment area (4inch lip) not looking where they were going.
What happened
Member was only focusing on the paint at eye level and did not see where the conctete berm began as member reached around the corner their Rt foot stepped onto the edge of the berm causing them to loose their balance falling onto Rt side. Member stuck their arm out to break their fall causing an injury to Rt wrist.
