Transporting patient from [REDACTED]
What happened
Transporting patient from CT to patient room the trach circuit to the [REDACTED] bag popped off and secretions condensation from the circuit splashed into my left eye. Immediately went to the ABG lab to the eye wash station and flushed eyes accordingly.
