Employee reports he took his blood pressure medication which he does not usually take. He felt lightheaded and gotdizzy and fell onto his left side. The employee reports bumping his head on the floor. He also had a conusion to the left hip. Pain is predominantly in the right neck area. He is able to sleep without difficulty. he desnies any radicular symptoms.
