What happened
[REDACTED] was running press 3 packing out cell s parts. there is a small gate on the part while trimming the gate of the part. The trim knife slipped through the gate and he cut his left hand in the center lower palm. I stopped the press and rendered first aid. Cleaning the affected area and covered the wound with gauze and flexible bandage. At [REDACTED] I took [REDACTED] to the ER for medical treatment
