What happened
Adajcent pole to employee - grip failed and the cable pulled and ran employee cable and tie ripped loose. The tie caught employee 's left glove when ripping by him wrenching pulling his left shoulder which caused severe strain to employee 's left shoulder. Crew was sagging cable from downed wire on storm restoration.
