Employee was transporting LPA panel to the doghouse with the assistance of the team leader when she slipped in the residual oil that had dripped off of the history rack through the course of the run Operator caught herself before falling but froze in place then let go of the panel she was holding on to and slowly lowered herself to the floor She did not wish to move from that position and remained there until plant medical arrived to transport herEnd of 545 run the TL and I were transporting panel to doghouse for storage When I slipped on oil fell on the floor in quality area Shifts 3rd1st did not clean up Was last cleaned on 2nd shift 4202023
