[REDACTED] was in the process of cutting shrink wrap off of a skid with product on it. he placed his left hand on to the shrink wrap and pulled it away from the product towards his body. [REDACTED] made cut into the shrink wrap and the blade retracted he then went to cut the wrap off with his right hand but in the process cut the top of his left pointer finger.
