Before the incident
EE had just finished cutting a piece of scrap and had used his torch as a hook to move a section of material.
What happened
The EE was attempting to dislodge and separate the pieces and after his torch got stuck he decided to do it by hand and that is when the two pieces he was trying to separate shifted and fell on his finger causing it to be lacerated.
