What happened
Temp 1 was checking walkies lowering the handles to check the battery % to determine which one was most charged to use for the shift. When temp 1 lowered the handle they also unknowingly turned the throttle causing the walkie to jerk to the side and strike Temp 2. Temp 2 was in the area because they were also checking walkies to determine which one to use for the shift.
