The associate was using a Powered Industrial Trucks to take items around to replenish our forward pick locations.

The pain had been happening for a few weeks but it only happened while the associate was doing that specific function of putaway replenishment so he didn 't report it right away as it wasn 't often.

The associate was feeling a strain in his shoulder causing him pain.

We believe this was a combination of repeated movement of cutting open boxes and improper cutting techniques that resulted in this incident.
