What happened
Another employee started the roller mill without closing the lid. As the mill began to move and the lid was approaching the bottom position the employee heard a gushing sound as product began to pour out of the opening. The employee jumped over the security railing to close the lid as a second employee stopped the roller mill at the control panel.
