The Patients pants were draped over the wheelchair. The Patient rolled away from the sink and her pant leg got wrapped around the wheelchair wheel. Employee tried to unwind them and the Patient kept moving in the wheelchair. Employee sprained her hand in the process of untangling the pant let.
