What happened
[REDACTED] said he was accelerating but the yard dog was not moving so he then put more pressure on the accelerator causing the yard dog to reverse and slip underneath the trailer with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] on the back causing [REDACTED] to get caught between the yard dog and the trailer for a slight moment. [REDACTED] immediately drove forward freeing [REDACTED] and trailer which caused some tenderness to his right inner mid-thigh and left top outer thigh.
