Closing trailer tarp
What happened
Employee was closing his trailer tarp at a transfer station. In order to fully close it he climbed the trailer ladder to push up a tarp pole that was stuck on an object this was preventing the tarp from securely closing. As he was pushing tarp pole over the object he slipped and fell and his arm and neck were wrapped by the airlines and felt a pop in his left arm.
