Employee had his trailer loaded at landfill. He then proceeded to securely tarp his load and as he rolled on the tarp it got stuck with cardboard. Employee then climbed on the trailer to remove the cardboard and as he was pulling the tarp he slipped and fell resulting in right ankle and right foot sprain.
