Before the incident
During first break from 0000-0030 I cover upstairs in prep to allow PSUs to go to break. As I was putting product on the line a 35lb case of honey roasted peanuts I felt an extreme pull in my upper right back - between my spine and shoulder blade. I continued working not thinking nothing of it. However when I went to break around [REDACTED] I felt a knot in that same spot. I kept working but reported the incident around [REDACTED] to my immediate supervisor due to extreme discomfort.
