What happened
EVS Tech was emptying out the Gray [REDACTED] Container into the Dumpster outside of the facility. She was grabbing the bags out of the gray container and throwing them into the dumpster when she suddenly felt a prick on her left finger. She immediately threw the bag on the floor and when she looked at her finger the needle had broken off and the needle was on her finger pierced through her glove. The needle was in a clear trash bag and she could not locate the other part of the needle to identify the type of needle.
