What happened
Mr. [REDACTED] was going home for the day. According with the employee he twisted his ankle and slipped at the bottom of the ramp. I did not witness this incident. I was walking from the back main offices when I hear a commotion. When I got to the front of the building I saw [REDACTED] on the floor. I instructed everybody not to move him and ask [REDACTED] to call [REDACTED]. Other employees were around him but when I ask if anybody saw the incident nobody saw him falling but they did saw him on the floor.
