Employee was in the backroom and tried to use the trash compactor. He then went outside and said that the driver backed over it and that we needed an electrician to come out. I said ok is there a number on the compactor? He then said I will go check. I was then paged to the backroom and he said that he was having lots of pain in his arm. I told him to go to urgent care he refused. He then said that he started having chest pain and then I told him he had to go to urgent care.
