What happened
She lowered the screen full of donuts into the oil as she was lifting the cooked donuts in the screen one fell back into the oil she grabbed the wood stick to retrieve the donut by stabbing it through the middle and in that process her last three fingers on her right had made contact with the oil. She pulled her hand back removed her plastic glove and ran cold water over the fingers.
