A roll of film came off of a tray sealer as the employee was walking by these rolls are pretty heavy and it hit her on her right hand. Another employee was setting up the machine to start the day and placed the roll and forgot to put a safety bar to keep roll in place when he started the machine the roll came off and hit Employee.
