Was helping the service manager on duty bring a pallet of water down. While it was coming down the pallet of water was starting to split in half and she tried to hold the other side to make sure that it didn 't all fall and keep it in place. The pallet ended up falling along with some packs of water falling on her which caused her to lose her footing and fall down
