Employee stated she told the Plant Manager. All she said to him was that look I have a bruise. He stated he doesn 't remember her stating it was due to injury while doing her job She showed the plant manager again on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was the first day she officially reported the injury to me (HR Manager)

[REDACTED] when she notified me she had on a brace and said she pinched something on her arm and heard a pop. Honestly not sure exactly what the officially issue is with her arm. I told her she is more than welcome to seek medical attention if she feels she needs to. She left [REDACTED] to seek medical attention. She started at [REDACTED] and was scheduled until [REDACTED] but left at [REDACTED].
