Getting items out of the freezer

Employee walked into the freezer to retrieve a box moved cake cart in freezer to get to product did not see the tyson empty chicken box on the floor an tripped over it. Fell to right trying to catch self on boxes in cooler had arm up over head when landed on boxes. Landed on right knee on the concrete in the freezer. Scraped up right knee stiff and sore but said not bad. Went to ER they stated he has a humeral head fracture of his right arm
