What happened
Injury occurred when the employee performed an injection on a customer. Once applied the customer flexed their arm which forced the needle back out of their arm. The employee pulled back with their hands when the needle reversed. Unfortunately the needle landed in the employees hand sticking them in the palm between their left ring and pinky finger. The needle did not stick but did break the skin.
