Before the incident
Employee was using the power lift to take down a pallet of water bottle cases
What happened
It was noted on the cameras that at [REDACTED] Employee used the power jack to remove a pallet of water. He was able to get the jack under the pallet and he lifted the pallet and the pallet tipped over and fell on him. Staff responded and found him face down under the water bottles with his head against a pole of another rafter. He was responsive and staff removed the cases of water off of his body. He was able to get up and walk on his own. It was noted that his lip was bleeding and there was a cut under his right eye.
