Employee was using the hi-loader to bring stock down from the shelves in the backroom. As he was lowering the hi-loader it moved backwards more than expected and his right foot got caught between the hi-loader and a nearby pallet. There was a high amount of pain initially Employee wanted to wait and see if it improved. The pain has not improved and now there is substantial bruising.
