Employee aggravated a prior back injury while stocking the deli case

At approx [REDACTED] Employee was working on stocking the deli case when her back started to hurt. She went to the back managers office to sit down and her back seized up. She was unable to stand up starting getting numbness in her fingers and appeared to start having a panic attack. She asked her manager to call for medical care. I met them in the back room asked Employee what she would like to do and she requested to have an ambulance come. Employee has shared before that she has had some preexisting back concerns but had not requested any accomodations as of yet.
