Employee was laying on the floor to count inventory the ladder someone else had been using was opened right next 2 her. She moved the ladder over a little and didn 't notice that another employee had left the RPM handgun on one of the ladder 's steps. It fell off the steps from roughly 4 or 5 feet in the air when she moved the ladder. Injuring her left pinky finger.
