Employee slipped and fell on ice she was walking into work. Right arm seemed fine just soar and had a lump on the top of right hand. She was going to wait to ice it and see if it went away. When she woke up [REDACTED] it was swollen and she was in a lot of pain. She can 't lift arm above shoulder height can 't grip anything and very limited movement ability in right wrist.
