What happened
TM was coming back from break when the janitor reached out for help because the sink was starting to overflow and not shut off. TM went to look under the sink and turn off the valve when TM couldn 't find the valve they struck the drain pipe to loosen the clog. When doing so the TM believed that something fell into their eye.
