Helping patient back to bed from restroom

I was taking patient back to bed. I was using a gaitbelt and patient was using a walker. I told her to walk towards the head of the bed and for some reason she stopped at the foot of the bed and decided to walk back wards towards the head of the bed. She lost balance cause she was unsteady and nearly fell backwards onto me. But I held onto the gaitbelt while steadying her and helped her safely back to bed. My bilateral wrist arms and shoulders were sore at that time but it went away. [REDACTED] I noticed my Right shoulder was very sore so I took [REDACTED] and Tylenol alternating. They helped for a day or two. Now I am having a very hard time lifting my right arm and cannot raise it above my head.
