Before the incident
I was supposed to move the new anesthesia carts into the OR 's at the new building. I walked into [REDACTED] to see how the machine was plugged in and slipped on a yellow greasy substance that was spilled or leaking on the floor
What happened
When I slipped on the yellow greasy substance a construction worker said it was glycol my right foot slipped forward and my left leg went behind me. I landed on my butt and my left palm hand and twisted my back. There were 2 other nurses with me and they had to help me off the floor
