Before the incident
Employee was in upper prep on line 320. When the employee went to flip the box of cashews into the blue tub both sides of the box were already cut open. When the employee flipped the box everything started to fall out of the box. The employee tried to stop it from all falling on the floor. There was pain in the employees right knee that was just scoped from tares. Tweaked it pain in knee. Since then on [REDACTED] just walking to break sharp pain across back of knee. Told supervisor about that incident. around [REDACTED] break.
