What happened
A vacuum trailer was parked and connected to a pump which had a hose running down into a collection pond. A skid steer was in the collection pond pushing sludge toward the hose pump. The skid steer caught the hose and pulled the pump down into the pond. The hose connecting the pump to the vacuum trailer swiped the legs of the injured employee and caused them to fall.
