Employee was getting a finished good part off of checking fixture to put on a rack

Employee bounced part in hands to re-adjust; was not wearing the proper PPE (not wearing the required cut-resistant gloves). Part cut through the non-cut-resistant gloves the employee was wearing and cut hand.
