On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was in the north boiler room bending down looking at temperatures. When he went to stand back up he hit the tope of his head on a piece of metal covering a pipe. No witnesses. This was reported to Safety Supervisor [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] transported him to Workforce to be treated. He received 8 staples to the cut on his head. He is not on any restrictions but does have a follow-up visit on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED].
