What happened
[REDACTED] reported to management on [REDACTED] that he was pushing a rack of product into a freezer (Rm 109) when [REDACTED] stepped on a patch of ice causing him to slip fall and hit his knee on the floor. When asked by management he said he was okay and did not need immediate medical treatment. He returned to work to see how he would feel and was able to complete the rest of his shift. The following day ([REDACTED]) He called in stating that his leg was hurting too bad for him to work. Management Contacted him and instructed him on getting company provided medical treatment and drug testing through Texas Med Clinic as per company policy relating to workplace injuries.
