What happened
[REDACTED] [REDACTED][REDACTED] we were opening crates. I was popping the lid off a crate it had gotten stuck when that happens we usually lift the lid up and yank it off or twist it off so it can remove. Well when i tried to remove it i heard a pop in my left shoulder at the time i didn 't think much of it because You know i hate to make big deals over lil things things. However over time i started feeling pain in my shoulder. Got home i couldn 't sleep well due to my shoulder pain i still decided to come to work my following shift but as soon as i got on a forklift i could not steer the lift because i had NO mobility. I tried doing crates since i m a Right hand but i couldn 't hold the chisel without feeling pain so i decided to report it.
