What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately 1035 hours [REDACTED] was assigned to the [REDACTED] as a driver trainee with [REDACTED] as the Driver trainer. Mrs. [REDACTED] parked her Jockey truck in the drive lane for [REDACTED] near the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] which was directly next to the blind side of [REDACTED]. Mrs. [REDACTED] exited on the left or driver side of the Jockey truck and was struck by the southernmost wheel of RTG 144. As a result of the impact the RTG ran over Mrs. [REDACTED] leg causing significant damage below her knee.
